SMEs from BSP will provide regulatory perspective on the Amendments to Regulations on Electronic Banking Services and Other Electronic Operations (BSP Cir. No. 1033), which amends the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB)/ Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI), specifically on electronic payment and financial services (EPFS).
