Crises can have drastic consequences on the business and the brand, create unrest and fear among the employees, and require decision making, co-ordination, and resources.
Crisis management helps the managers to devise strategies, feel the early signs, warn the employees, take precautions, and review the security.
Crisis management also helps to salvage the reputation, ensure the well-being of the team, and recover from the damage.
Crisis Management involves around 3 major core stages which are Pre-Crisis, Crisis Response and Crisis Recovery & Back to Normal conditions.
