The objective of the course is to discuss the salient features of Circular No. 1153 and ongoing initiatives shaping its implementation. This webinar will explore the Regulatory Sandbox Framework’s key elements, its coverage and application, and operational guidelines, among others.

 

The Regulatory Sandbox Framework under BSP Circular No. 1153 fosters an enabling environment for responsible innovation to promote the development of an inclusive digital financial ecosystem that is complemented by a sound risk management system.

 

The BSP has embraced transformative and game-changing technologies over the years through a “test-and-learn” approach.
