Course Description:
BSP Circular No. 963 sets forth BSP’s expectations on banks to establish an
effective reporting system with an appropriate governance process that
enables the generation and timely submission of reports that are in accordance
with the BSP’s reporting standards. Representatives from BSP will be presenting,
on this half-day session, the highlights of the Circular and how banks could
ensure compliance to the reporting standards. The implications for noncompliance
with the reporting standards will also be discussed.
